Freelance administration services
As a freelance Administrative Assistant I can assist with any Administration requirements you may need at your own office, remote or online.
Whether for a few hours a day/week or a few days a month, flexibility, reliability and responsibility is key to our line of work.
Perhaps you require extra support in the office for a few hours, I am here to help!
Price is either per hour, per week or per month, depending on the volume of work.
Available on short notice or prior arrangement for the below services:
- Filling & Organizing of office
- Office Management / Set up
- Assistance with data, typing, scanning, faxing.
- Assistance with email correspondance, customer support and/or enquiries.
- Assistance with social media platforms such as instagram, Facebook and/or LinkedIn.
- Assistance with drafting of letters or filling applications and submitting.
