A very cosy and modern studio on the third floor with 2 lifts, some meters from the sea with city view. The building is on the front row on the main road, opposite the beach.
At the full of life mackenzie area with many restaurants, bars and clubs. There is a massive gym in this area too. Close to water sports. At the building, there is a diving school also.
With renovated bathroom, kitchen, wardrobe, new air-conditioning and a new queen size bed.
Beautiful and clean with a flat screen TV opposite the bed, surrounded by very artistic paintings, giving this space a unique welcoming and vibrant feeling. Stylish lamp shades on either side of the bed, creating a very relaxed atmosphere. Also, double plug sockets are on both sides of the bed, enabling guests to comfortably charge their mobile devices whilst relaxing.
Also, there is an extra table that can unfold for your use.
House manual:
The apartment has a water heating system that you can choose how long you want the electricity to heat the water. This is mainly used for shower purposes when the weather is not very hot and the water needs to be heated. Adequately, 30 minutes is enough to heat the water before taking a shower. This device is located at the entrance of the studio apartment.
Also, you will find a card key system at the entrance. This card needs to be in its place to keep the electricity on. Once removed from its place, the electricity stays on for another 30 seconds. The key and the red plastic card are connected together and must not be separated. Only 1 key is given because it is a hotel style card key system. No Smoking in flat.
