It is near the boundaries of Pachna - Kissousa and approx. 2km north of the centre of the community. The field with an area of 3,011m2, is vacant and has an irregular shape with a surface split onto terraces, with a downhill north-western slope. As per the official cadastral plan, the parcel is landlocked, however it is 500m south of the Limassol – Omodos main linking road. The wider area is agricultural and is characterized by mostly uncultivated vacant land, vineyards and agricultural fields.

The highest bidder is obliged to pay 10% of the accepted bid price upon acceptance and the remaining amount within one month from the date of acceptance. In the event that the remaining amount will not be paid by the successful bidder within one month from the date of acceptance, the initial payment given by the bidder may be confiscated and the sale of the property under offer will be cancelled. Where VAT may occur and/or any transfer fees, such amount will be payable by the successful bidder, in addition to the sale price.
