Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of beauty and wellness services (massage, facial/body treatments)

• Maintaining personal hygiene and grooming standards according to company’s policies

• Promote services and products based on guests’ needs

• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards in wellness areas

• Compliance with company policies and procedures

• Effective communication with all hotel departments

Qualifications

• Degree in Aesthetics, Physiotherapy or related field (vocational training/Bachelor/seminars)

• Knowledge of English language

Desirable Qualifications

• Additional Knowledge (hair removal, manicure/pedicure)

• Work experience

• Basic computer skills

• Certification in specialized massage techniques

• Customer-oriented with strong selling skills

• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
