A N Stasis Estates PLC is looking to hire Civil Engineer who will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Planning:
Develop and design infrastructure projects based on client needs and local regulations.
Assess environmental, safety, and sustainability factors in designs.
Site Supervision & Project Management:
Oversee construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other engineers to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor and inspect the construction process, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Analysis & Problem Solving:
Conduct structural analysis to ensure the feasibility and stability of designs.
Use engineering software to simulate and assess the performance of systems or structures under various conditions.
Troubleshoot and resolve engineering problems during the construction phase.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare reports on project progress, financials, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Maintain detailed records of designs, site plans, permits, and inspections.
Budgeting & Cost Estimation:
Estimate project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment, and ensure projects stay within budget.
Propose cost-effective solutions to reduce project expenses without compromising quality.
Regulatory Compliance & Environmental
Considerations:
Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal building codes and environmental regulations.
Secure necessary permits for construction and environmental clearance.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Several years of experience in civil engineering, including time in design, construction, or project management.
In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, building codes, and environmental regulations.
Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities to address complex engineering challenges.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple projects at once.
