There is a private room in a shared 3-bedroom apartment for long-term rent for one guy only, not for several persons.
If the ad is active, it means it’s still actual and available. It will be available from 30.12.24
All the necessary conditions are as follows: Wifi, washing machine, refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher and TV.
Advantages:
a. 5 min to the seaside on foot.
b. Central heating is in the apartment.
c. Other flatmates are quiet and polite IT guys.
I'm looking for one polite, friendly person who can keep the room clean with points:
No animals, no party type, timely payment.
Electricity, water, and internet will be shared between all flatmates in equal parts.
