Position: Sales Manager
Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales activities of the real estate portfolio. This role includes developing strategies to achieve sales targets, nurturing client relationships, and leading a team of sales representatives. The Sales Manager will focus on maximizing revenue through both new sales and renewals, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development & Execution
Develop, implement, and oversee strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
Conduct market research to identify new trends, potential clients, and competitive positioning.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Finance teams to develop pricing strategies and promotional plans.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including residential, commercial, and investment properties.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, investors, and brokers.
Conduct property tours, client meetings, and presentations to showcase available properties.
3. Team Management & Development
Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance.
Set individual and team sales targets, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations.
Foster a collaborative, goal-oriented work environment focused on achieving sales targets.
4. Negotiation & Contract Management
Lead negotiations on property deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
Prepare and review sales contracts, working with legal and compliance teams to meet company standards.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in contract documentation and closing processes.
5. Reporting & Analytics
Track and report on sales performance, including forecasts, pipelines, and key metrics.
Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of sales tactics, adjusting strategies as needed.
Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
6. Customer Satisfaction & Follow-Up
Ensure that clients have a positive experience throughout the entire sales process.
Address any concerns promptly, striving to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Implement post-sale follow-up procedures to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years in sales, with at least 2 years in a real estate sales management role.
Skills:
Proven sales and negotiation skills, with a strong record of achieving or exceeding targets.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and real estate management systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of relevant real estate laws and market dynamics.
Language: Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
