On behalf of a leading property management firm in Limassol, Cyprus, we are looking for a
Handyman, to join the rapidly growing team of professionals, that services and monitors
commercial and residential houses throughout Cyprus. We are looking for a candidate who is
passionate and very skilled in fixing all kind of minor things, and enjoys the versatility of such a
role. Responsibilities
- Provide support and assistance in a wide range of areas related to the managed
properties, be it simple plumbing/ electrical issues, small painting projects, minor
fixes, furniture assembly, etc. - Recognize when a repair is outside of your skills set and make a recommendation to
the supervisor
- Establish and maintain good relationships with property management and tenants
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical installations
- Ability to use common power and hand tools
- Proven experience in a similar role in the past - Strong communication and time management skills
- Fluent Greek, very good English, Russian would be considered an advantage
Important
- Be passionate about fixing all kind of things
- Openness to work outside of normal working hours upon an emergency situations
- Holder of a driver’s license and vehicle
