A N Stasis Estates PLC IS Lookig to hire Project Manager to join our team.Project managers are responsible for controlling project supplies, reviewing construction work, and developing budgets and proposals for the hotel plan. Managers also perform frequent and comprehensive reviews of the construction's progress to check up on communication, cost-control and work force skill.Duties and responsibilities:Responsible for the organization, coordination and execution of various company projectsCollaboration with engineers, architects, etc. to determine the specifications of each project.Coordinating all aspects of the project delivery process with Design, Development, Procurement, Finance, Risk Management and various other departmentsDeveloping project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.Supervision of electromechanical installations of company buildings.Design of E-M plans for new buildings or renovations of existing ones.Negotiating Contracts with External Suppliers to Achieve Profitable AgreementsTransaction with Public Services where required to obtain licenses (town planning, building, etc.) and water and electricity supplies from competent authorities.Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.Overall monitoring of project schedules and coordination of project teams as well as assignments of new projects to project teams.Cooperation with procurement departments, legal and financial.Responsible for preparing progress reports for all current project’s quality control of projectsIdentify the necessary resources (manpower, materials and materials) from start to finish, paying attention to budget constraints.Responsible for implementing a project bidding department based on the specifications of the bidding document for each project and within deadlines.Responsible for studying the projects and preparing the contracting and materials tender documents and forwarding them to the Procurement Department for competitive bidding.Experience and ability to communicate with subcontractors / suppliers to resolve any technical queries.Harmonious cooperation with the Procurement Department, the Bidding Department and the Construction DepartmentCoordination of subcontractors, subcontractors, workers and suppliers.Planning and execution of construction and other construction works.Coordinates with the Department of Commerce to convey questions to the client about any ambiguities in the project file.Schedule all construction work and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines are met.Get equipment and materials and monitor stocks for timely deficiencies.Responsible for drawing up quantitative and other reports, drawing up, comparing and evaluating tenders, as well as keeping up to date with and communicating with the Directorate in the preparation and execution of tasks.Job Requirements:Work Experience: At least 4 years in a similar position Academic Qualifications: Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture or Engineering preferredComputer Knowledge: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Age: Between 30-50 years old.Languages: English or GreekBenefitsParticipate in a friendly and positive environment.Opportunities for development and education.Guidance, support and training by Experienced Executives.Generous pay package, performance bonuses, and annual leave.Full social insurance and health insurance.Full meals and (non-alcoholic) beverages during work hours are provided by a 4* Hotel during its operational period.Accommodation if required.Working Hours, Days, and Salary08:00 to 17:00.6 working days per week.Year-round Role.Salary according to experience and abilities.Role-based within the 4* Avlida Hotel on Tombs of the Kings Avenue, Paphos, Cyprus.Based on business requirements, experience and abilities, the above is subject to alterations.
