Job Overview:

We are looking for a meticulous Head of Testing & Quality Control to ensure that every hot tub produced meets our rigorous quality standards before it reaches the customer. The successful candidate will lead the testing and quality assurance processes, ensuring all products are fully operational and defect-free.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the testing of all products for functionality, durability, and safety.

• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure product consistency.

• Train and manage a team of quality control inspectors and technicians.

• Identify defects or issues and coordinate with relevant departments for repairs or improvements.

• Maintain detailed reports and records of quality tests and inspections.

• Monitor product performance and customer feedback to adjust quality control processes.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company guidelines.

• Collaborate with production teams to continuously improve product quality and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in quality control or a seasoned in management.

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address issues in a timely manner.
