Cleaner-cook assistant

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Cleaner and Cook Assistant to join our team. This dual-role position involves maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and surrounding areas, as well as assisting the cooking staff in the preparation and serving of meals. Cleaning Duties:Ensure the kitchen is clean, sanitized, and well-organized.Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors as needed.Wash and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes.Dispose of waste and ensure proper recycling.Maintain cleanliness in storage areas and refrigeration units.Cooking Assistance:Assist cooks in the preparation of ingredients, including washing, chopping, and measuring food items.Ensure that workstations are stocked with necessary ingredients and cooking tools.Maintain a clean and organized cooking area throughout meal preparation.General Responsibilities:Follow and maintain health and safety standards in the kitchen.Communicate effectively with cooking staff and management.Report any issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
