This cooking appliance is fabulous, in perfect working order and excellent condition. Used only a few times. This will cook all kinds of meat and fish according to your desired taste and has an automatic sensor within which determines optimum cooking times for weight and thickness of food. it will also defrost food very effectively. The non stick grill plates top and bottom are in perfect condition allowing food to be cooked evenly and precisely without sticking. This appliance comes with a drip tray which is easily attached and removed from the front. When the lid is closed and the sloping grill plates in operation any fat/juices run from the plates and are captured in the tray. This means food is healthier without excess fat. Juices are gathered easily if sauces/gravy to be made. The drip tray is easily washed and the grill plates ensure steaks, pork, sausages,chicken or fish etc are beautifully seared and cooked depending upon the setting you select. Users information manual and tips for cooking can be found online. This is an excellent appliance with Tefal reliability and high performance.
