PSP:
Description: they are messengers between our desks and Payment Solutions, constantly transferring updates on amounts, files, and customer information
Responsibilities
-Act as a liaison between our desks and Payment Solutions.
-Regularly transfer updates on amounts, files, and customer information.
-Ensure accurate and timely communication between different departments.
-Maintain records of all transactions and communications.
-Collaborate with Payment Solutions to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
-Provide support and assistance to colleagues as needed.
-Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data privacy and security.
-Continuously monitor and improve communication processes to enhance efficiency.
-Perform any other duties as assigned by management related to PSP operations.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in PSP position.
FX industry - a big advantage
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with a problem-solving attitude.
The candidate MUST be flexible with the working hours and rotation between these shifts:
5:00-14:00
16:00-1:00
20:00-5:00
