Partial business
Well established take away business in Limassol. We are looking for funds for expansion, thus we are willing to sell up to 49% of the business.
Revenue: 300k in 2022, 520k in 2023, 650k (expected) in 2024. Business operates on good gross profit margins of 35%, has well established brand name, followers, customers, suppliers and healthy cash flow. For further expansion, we expect to reinvest 50% of the sale proceeds of the shareholding back into the business.
Ideally, we are looking for "Silent" investor, to maintain development and operational side of the business ourselves. In return, we are offering percentage of the company, its future earnings and dividends.
