I am looking for an investor/partner for my Bar Business which we have recently renovated from the previous owner.
We need to invest around €40k euros for some upgrading like kitchen equipment, new flooring, new furniture and some other areas that need attention. Plus a further €40k to buy out our half of the business. This makes the total investment of €80k for 50% of the business.
We have already invested about €100k to renovate to a good standard and including the initial costs and premium for the lease.
We would like to sell 50% to a likeminded partner who can help us create the success we have already manifested.
Asking price for 50% as partners is €80k half of which will buy out the half we have invested.
Rent for shop: €2k per month (paid in advance every 6 months).

Reasons for selling:
My wife and I are the only owners of the bar and we would like some
help to push it forward and make it a huge success.
Parking: private parking at rear
parking on the B1 road.
Current sales: €7000 per month, just opened very recently so it will take time and needs someone willing to be patient along side us while it grows.
