ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The specific duties as an Operations Support Specialist will include: Coordinate and streamline office activities, identifying and resolving operational inefficiencies. Manage meetings with staff, travel arrangements, appointments, and communication. Analyze data to optimize procurement decisions and identify cost-saving opportunities in material sourcing. Troubleshoot communication challenges and ensure smooth information flow within the organization. Oversee inventory control and manage the supply chain, ensuring timely delivery of materials to support production. SELECTION CRITERIA Minimum Proven experience in Operations or relevant role. REMUNERATION Basic gross salary €15,000-€20,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience. 21 days annual leave, plus the usual bank/public holidays in the Republic of Cyprus.
