Our client is a service provider to financial services with offices in Larnaca, Cyprus. They are a leading client call service provider, acknowledged as the preferred partner by both clients and worldwide associates for its integrity, reliability and discretion. Some of the services provided are: Provision of IP management services, Forming the IP strategy for businesses, Advice on IP protection and exploitation for businesses, Business and customer support and more.
They are currently looking to add a new member to their team. The Training Assistant will have experience in a similar role and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee and maintain all training tools and resources, ensuring that all training materials are current, well-organized, and accessible on the company’s training website.
Collaborate with department heads to develop, update, and enhance training materials. Design engaging and interactive presentations, assessments, and follow-up activities to maximize learning impact.
Upload, organize, and manage training materials on the company’s training website, ensuring the platform is user-friendly and that content is easily navigable and accessible.
Serve as the primary support contact for the Training Coordinator, assisting in the planning, coordination, and scheduling of training sessions.
Conduct initial practical training for new employees during their second week, setting up new accounts and ensuring new hires are familiar with the company's training systems and processes.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, providing ongoing support and follow-up to ensure training objectives are achieved and maintained.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
Proven experience in training administration or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in using learning management systems (LMS) will be considered an advantage.
Ability to create engaging and interactive training materials.
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
European citizenship
