1. overall mechanical condition is rather good. But we have a small leak in tje bottom of service room which we will fix when the boat goes to dry dock.
2. the engines have been serviced up-to-date, last service performed in February 2024.
3. there's no desalinator, although all plumbing and electrical communication for it exists (there used to be one, but it's been removed)
4. furniture has a number of defects like chips and scratches, otherwise everything is OK. New carpet laid.
5. no repairs required to my knowledge except air conditioning system- master unit is ok but another 3 units needs replacement ideally even though it is all working now. But they are all rotted. The pipes would probably needs to be replaced as well. Overall costs for this about 30,000 EUR.
Other then that our captain is regularly do maintenance oil, filters, engines etc.
all lights have been replaced in 2018
All sanitary ware replaced this year
I would say for the last 10 years we spent about 300,000 EUR for repairs
The boat was rented for a few months in Miami. But it was about 20 short trips in total with our captain.
We regularly clean the bottom and above
The yacht is moored in the port of Limassol.
