The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, focusing on marketing payments, general payments, and payroll. This role requires a practical approach and strong financial process knowledge within a small business context. Key Responsibilities: • Marketing Payments: - Manage and process affiliate payments. -Reconcile affiliate accounts and track marketing expenses. • General Payments: - Oversee accounts payable/receivable. -Ensure timely vendor payments and maintain financial records. - Reconcile bank statements regularly. • Payroll Management: -Process payroll and handle payroll taxes and deductions. - Maintain and update payroll records. • Financial Reporting: -Prepare monthly financial statements and reports. -Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting. • Other Duties: - Support the CEO/Founder with financial projects. - Improve financial processes and systems. Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. - 3-5 years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably in marketing/advertising. - Proficiency in accounting software and Excel. -Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Strong communication skills. - Knowledge of affiliate marketing is a plus. Ζητείται Υπεύθυνη/ος Λειτουργός Λογιστηρίου για Εταιρεία Πωλήσεων Ηλεκτρολογικού Εξοπλισμού με έδρα τη Λευκωσία.• Προσόντα: Απόφοιτος ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ/Κολεγίου με Πτυχίο ή Δίπλωμα στην Λογιστική ή στα Χρηματοοικονομικά ή άλλων συναφών οικονομικών – Λογιστικών - Χρηματοοικονομικών σπουδών. • Εμπειρία – Γνώση Προγραμμάτων Λογιστικής ( Accounting Software) • Απαραίτητη η προϋπηρεσία 1 Έτους σε παρόμοια θέση Λογιστηρίου.• Μισθός αναλόγως προσόντων. Καθήκοντα:• Ετοιμασία, έλεγχος παραστατικών και Υπόλοιπα πελάτων. • Επιμέλεια οργάνωση για την ετοιμασία τιμολογίων – προσφορών. • Διαχείριση του λογισμικού παραγγελιών, αποθήκης και τιμολόγησής.• Διαχείριση εισπράξεων, πληρωμών και οργάνωσης του λογιστηρίου.
