We are seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeper to take care of linen for our short-term rental properties. This includes washing, drying, and ironing linens and towels. The ideal candidate is reliable, efficient, and committed to maintaining high organisation standards. Please note the job is in Tersefanou, you need to have your own transportation.

Job Role-Oversee, manage, and plan all Housekeeping activities throughout the hotel-Provide leadership, motivation, and guidance to team members-Manage Housekeeping operations to ensure the highest cleanliness standards, consistent delivery of exceptional guest service, and financial profitability, all in line with the hotel’s operating procedures and hygiene and safety regulations -Supervise and lead the department to meet the required standards and exceed guest expectationsDuties -Ensure cleanliness and uphold service and product quality standards for guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and meeting rooms-Lead and manage all Housekeeping operations, including system use, budgeting, forecasting, purchasing, inventory control, department management, and policy implementation-Recruit, interview, and train team members-Monitor and develop team performance by providing supervision, professional development, coaching, evaluations, and recognition-Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing requests and complaints promptly-Coordinate with Engineering to resolve maintenance issues, protect hotel assets, and ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff-Manage administrative tasks, such as preparing weekly schedules and timetables, as required by the hotelRequirements-Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role at a 5-star hotel-A degree in Hospitality Management or a related qualification is a plus-Excellent command of English; knowledge of Greek or other languages is an advantage-Computer literacy-Commitment to continuous learning and personal development-Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly in managing staff relations and handling guest complaintsBenefits -Competitive compensation package-Provident fund-Employee discounts at hotels & boutiques-Free meals on duties-Employee appreciation program and reward scheme-Excellent work-life balance-Professional development opportunities across countries and properties-Ongoing training opportunities
