Reservations and customer service officer /administration
Andreas Petsas & Sons Public Ltd, a leading vehicle rental company, is looking to hire a Reservations and Customer Service Officer for permanent employment at our headquarters in Nicosia.
Duties & Responsibilities:
-Handle customer inquiries and manage reservations in an efficient and friendly manner
-Issue and monitor invoices, ensuring timely communication with clients regarding payments
-Monitor and track payment collections to ensure transactions are processed smoothly
-Maintain accurate filing and management of correspondence
-Collaborate with other departments to provide solutions for customer needs
-Perform additional duties as assigned to meet business objectives
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields)
-Excellent command of both Greek and English
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computer systems
-Prior experience in customer service or accounting will be considered a plus
-Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
Salary: EUR 1,250 gross
