Job Description:

As a Villa Maintenance and Services Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the pristine condition of our properties and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction. This multifaceted position combines technical maintenance tasks, gardening, pool care, and driving duties, alongside assisting in various guest services.

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular maintenance checks and repairs on villa facilities, including electrical systems, plumbing, and appliances.

Oversee and perform routine and emergency pool cleaning and maintenance.

Assist in landscaping and gardening tasks to maintain the aesthetic beauty of our properties.

Drive company employees as needed and assist in guest transportation services.

Support guest services and concierge tasks, ensuring a luxurious experience for all guests.

Collaborate with the management team to implement eco-friendly practices and sustainability in maintenance routines.

Be available for on-call emergencies and guest requests, providing prompt and efficient solutions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in maintenance, landscaping, or a similar role in a luxury property setting.

Technical knowledge of building systems, including electrical and plumbing.

A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest service.

Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

A commitment to sustainability and eco-friendly practices.
